Dana, 30. studenoga, u uredu gradonačelnice Grada Zlatara uručiti će se zahvale i prigodni pokloni vozačima koji su u preventivnoj akciji „Dan ljubaznosti u prometu“, koja se održala 24. listopada 2017. godine u Zlataru, bili najljubazniji prema pješacima.
Akcija se provodila na način da su učenici Srednje škole Zlatar kod pješačkih prijelaza u Gradu Zlataru na Trgu slobode, te ulicama Varaždinskoj i Zagrebačkoj evidentirali vozače koji su se zaustavili ispred pješačkih prijelaza i propuštali pješake.
Cilj akcije je poticanje tolerantnijih odnosa između vozača i pješaka, odnosno poticanja vozača da poštuju prednost pješaka na pješačkim prijelazima, a također i želja da takvo kulturno i ljubazno ponašanje postane dijelom svakodnevnice.
