Pozivaju se svi građani, veliki i mali, da se maskiraju i priključe fašničkoj povorci. Dovoljno je prijaviti se pri formiranju povorke, danas u 15 sati ispred Osnovne škole.
Fašnička povorka će u 15,30 krenuti ulicama Zlatara, a program će se održati na Trgu slobode s početkom u 15,45. Uz predstavljanje maski, održat će se suđenje fašniku, najboljim maskama dodijeliti simbolične novčane nagrade, a organizatori će sve sudionike počastiti krafnama i kuhanim vinom.
Kako bi pridonio fašničkom veselju, jedan je maskiran djelatnik Gradske uprave u jutarnjim satima pričekao ostale djelatnike i gradonačelnika Grada Zlatara. Odlično maskiran s „granatom“ na trbuhu i „puškom“ u ruci, prvotno je uplašio i šokirao sve zaposlenike koji su ulazili u zgradu Gradske uprave, a nakon toga, sve ih nasmijao do suza.
