Nakon provedenog postupka certifikacije, Gradu Zlataru je dodijeljen Certifikat ISO 9001:2008, koji dokazuje da je sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u Gradu Zlataru provjeren i da zadovoljava propisane zahtjeve.
Opseg primjene odnosi se na upravne i administrativne poslove lokalne samouprave.
Proces certifikacije, prema Međunarodnoj normi ISO 9001:2008, provela je hrvatska certifikacijska kuća Adria Norma d.o.o. , članica švicarske grupacije QS – Quality Service.
