Na temelju članka 36. stavka 2. Zakona o sustavu unutarnjih financijskih kontrola u javnom sektoru ( Narodne novine 141/2006 ) Gradonačelnik Grada Zlatara, dr.sc. Miroslav Kopjar, dana 31.08.2012. donio je Odluku o imenovanju osobe nadležne za nepravilnosti.
Osobnom nadležnom za nepravilnosti u Gradu Zlataru imenovan je Vedran Vukobrat, dipl.iur. Obvezan je zaprimati obavijesti o nepravilnostima, pratiti tijek postupanja po utvrđenim nepravilnstima, sastavljati polugodišnje i godišnje izvješće o nepravilnostima iz članka 12.,14., i 15. Naputka o otkrivanju, postupanju i izvješćivanju o nepravilnostima u upravljanju sredstvima proračuna, proračunskih i izvanproračunskih korisnika te surađivati s nadležnom ustrojstvenom jedinicom u Ministarstvu financija u čijem je djelokrugu proračunski nadzor i drugim nadležnim tijelima.
