Grad Zlatar 10. studenog 2014. godine otvara internetsko savjetovanje sa zainteresiranom javnošću za Nacrt Odluke o porezu na korištenje javnih površina na području Grada Zlatara. Osnova za donošenje Odluke propisana je člankom 30. i 43. Zakona o financiranju jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave (»Narodne novine« broj 117/93, 33/00, 59/ 01, 107/01, 117/01, 150/02 i 147/03, 132/06, 73/08 i 25/12) i Odlukom o gradskim porezima („Službeni glasnik Krapinsko-zagorske županije“ br. 17/01, 28/09 i 11/14).
Nacrtom Odluke utvrđuju se porezni obveznici, porezna osnovica i visina poreza na korištenje javne površine, te način obračuna i plaćanja poreza u skladu sa Zakonom.
Pozivamo predstavnike zainteresirane javnosti da najkasnije do 12. prosinca 2014. godine, dostave svoje prijedloge i komentare na predloženi Nacrt Odluke, putem obrasca na mail: grad@zlatar.hr
