Nastavno na poziv za sastanak gradonačelnika Grada Zlatara i udruga s područja Grada Zlatara najavljenog za 25. rujna 2015. u 10.00 sati, a s obzirom na veći broj zahtjeva udruga da se isti prebaci u popodnevni termin, obavještavamo Vas da će se najavljeni sastanak održati na isti dan kako je bilo planirano, tj. 25. rujna 2015., ali s početkom u 16.00 sati. Molimo da dođete u terminu od 15.45 do 16.00 sati kako početak sastanka ne bi kasnio.
Dnevni red sastanka:
1. Prezentacija programa Erasmus+ i projekta „Go, go, NGO!“.
2. Prezentacija odluke gradonačelnika Grada Zlatara vezano uz aktivnosti koje se planiraju poduzeti u smjeru poboljšanog strukturiranog dijaloga te bolju, transparentniju i pravedniju podršku udrugama u Gradu Zlataru.
3. Diskusija o prezentiranim temama: Budućnost NGO-a (udruga) u Gradu Zlataru.
Predviđeno trajanje sastanka je 2.5 sata. Molimo udrugu da svojim jednim predstavnikom sudjeluje na sastanku. Jedna osoba može predstavljati najviše jednu udrugu.
Prisutnost na sastanku je obavezna za sve udruge koje planiraju aplicirati za sredstva za podršku radu udruga u idućoj godini.
