Na temelju provedenog Javnog natječaja za financiranje programa, projekata i manifestacija udruga na području Grada Zlatara u 2018. godini (KLASA: 400-01/18-01/03, URBROJ: 2211/01-02-18-1 od 19. siječnja 2018.) Povjerenstvo za provjeru ispunjavanja formalnih uvjeta natječaja te ocjenu programa i projekata je u postupku provjere ispunjavanja formalnih uvjeta utvrdilo prijave koje su upućuju u daljnju proceduru, odnosno stručno ocjenjivanje, a koje se odbijaju iz razloga ne ispunjavanja propisanih uvjeta natječaja.
Udruge čiji su projekti odbijeni, po proteku 8 (osam) dana od objave Odluke, imaju pravo u narednih 8 (osam) dana podnijeti prigovor pročelniku Jedinstvenog upravnog odjela, koji će u roku od tri (3) dana od primitka prigovora odlučiti o tome. U slučaju uvažavanja prigovora od strane pročelnika, prijava će biti upućena u daljnji postupak ocjenjivanja, dok će u protivnom biti odbijene.
