U petak, 12.10.2012. u Dječjem vrtiću i jaslicama Uzdanica potpisan je ugovor za adaptaciju vrtića s tvrtkom TITAN CONSTRUCTA d.o.o. iz Zagreba. Dugoočekivana obnova započinje u srijedu 17.10.2012., a rok završetka radova je 15.11.2012. te će u tom periodu vrtić biti zatvoren.
Radove sufinancira Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije u iznosu od 347.000,00 kuna te Grad Zlatar u iznosu od 39.097,20 kuna. Adaptacija uključuje zamjenu stolarije, čišćenje fasade, zamjenu pločica, bojanje tapeta, zamjenu sanitarnih predmeta, zamjenu kotla za grijanje te ugradnju opreme u kuhinji.
