Predstavnice Grada Zlatara u sklopu Erasmus+ Programa „UNITED“, otputovale su u ponedjeljak u Italiju gdje će predstavljati Grad Zlatar i sudjelovati na raznim aktivnostima. Zemlje uključene u projekt su: Italija, Poljska, Litva, Makedonija, Grčka, Španjolska, Rumunjska i Hrvatska. Iz Hrvatske dolaze: Petra Jelečki, Tihana Kunić i Marija Posarić. Trajanje samog projekta je od 16. veljače do 24. veljače 2016. godine, a održava se u Fasanu.
Projektom se želi potaknuti mlade ljude da se pobliže upoznaju sa kulturama u Europi te da se na taj način razvija multikulturalizam među mladima. Kroz niz radionica u sklopu projekta, sudionici iz svake zemlje predstavljaju običaje svoje zemlje i mjesta iz kojeg dolaze te organiziraju radionice kojima približavaju svoju kulturu drugim sudionicima. Aktivnostima u projektu predstavljaju se europske vrijednosti kao što su tolerantnost prema različitostima, promocija ljudskih prava, demokracije, itd.
